By accessing or using esoworld.co.uk (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eso World (“we”, “us”, “our”). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the recipient agrees to be bound by these terms.
Our products are everyday consumer goods. They are not medicines, drugs, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Research citations on our product pages and research library refer to published studies on individual materials and are provided for informational purposes only — they do not constitute claims about our specific products. Individual results may vary. If you have known allergies or health conditions, consult a healthcare professional before using any new product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or adverse reaction occurs.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, material lists, evaluation data, research citations, pricing, and other information on the Site are accurate, complete, and current. However, we do not warrant that all information is free of error. In the event of an error (pricing, product description, availability), we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel any orders placed based on incorrect information. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices for international orders are converted at checkout based on current exchange rates. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Bundle discounts (buy two, buy four) and subscription discounts are applied automatically at checkout. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock limitations, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
If you opt into a Subscribe & Save plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@esoworld.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge — you will not be billed again after cancellation. Subscription pricing may change; if it does, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, copy, product descriptions, research articles, images, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, design, layout, code, and software — is the property of Eso World or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent. Research citations reference published studies by their respective authors and are used for informational and educational purposes under fair dealing.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems; (c) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site without our written permission; (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; (e) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (f) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fraudulent orders or payment information. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eso World and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eso World and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site or products; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Site.
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our products. Any testimonials or reviews displayed on the Site represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are resident.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eso World with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Eso World. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
