Blue Light Glasses
Blue-light glasses are usually sold on vibe, and plenty filter nothing measurable. Screens emit most strongly at 460–480nm, the band the eye's melanopsin receptors respond to most, so the lens colour and its stated blocking range are the details that matter.
All three of ours use red lenses, in three frames: Apollo in a TR90 nylon frame, Gaia in a round metal frame and Helios in a metal aviator frame. Read each model's materials and specifications before choosing.
