Wash regularly
Cold machine wash. No fabric softener needed — the cotton softens naturally over time. Hang dry.

Cotton absorbs water. If you’re carrying a wet towel or swimwear, use a separate waterproof pouch inside the bag.
The first 2–6 months weeks.
Stiff and structured
New organic cotton is firm. The drawstring is tight. The bag holds its shape well. This is the least soft it will ever be.
Breaking in
After a few washes, the cotton starts to soften. The bag becomes more pliable and easier to fold. The drawstring loosens to a comfortable tension.
